So here we are...the first official day of summer break. IT CAN BE EXPENSIVE....have to watch it very close. We went and bought a water slide today, along with a swimsuit top and shorts. Swimsuit shopping for a 10 year old girl is a JOKE...what are parents thinking? The little girls in todays world must be A LOT bigger in the chest than we ever were. It was ridiculous!
We are starting the pool season tomorrow. Can't Wait! I am such a water bug. :-)
I am just planning on living pool side for now and then once the garden comes on we will be canning! Hopefully back to work by the middle of July. If not, just more pool time for me ;-)

Yay for summer indeed! You aren't kidding about the old little girl swimsuit issue (lol) One thing that really gets to me is the fact that it's hard to find a suit for a little girl that isn't all hoochie! Common, there's plenty of time for that when thier older! Let them be little girls while they still can. For pete's sake!
